What the workbook can include

  • Distinct Student n / candidate count
  • Mean performance
  • Novice, Developing, Proficient and Advanced counts
  • Performance-level percentages
  • Proficient + Advanced count and percentage
  • TOC Summary with one row per recognized program
  • Separate worksheet for each recognized TOC
  • Rubric & TOC Match Review
  • Normalized data for audit/troubleshooting

Important distinction

Student n ≠ rating count

Student n is intended to represent distinct students/candidates when a reliable identifier is present. Rubric performance counts represent scored rating observations and remain separate.

Institutions should review TOC matches, overrides, counts and generated results before official accreditation or program reporting.
